SHOOTING REQUIREMENTS

OUR VIDEO SERVICES (Hire us)

Geographical Restrictions - currenty pricing is set for Vancouver BC Canada area and additional transportation (and or hotel and meal) charges may apply to venues or filming requests outside the Vancouver BC area. (we will let you know ahead of time)

Filming must be permitted inside any venue we are requested to shoot in - and we will follow the rules of the venue which may limit shooting options.

Filming will only be performed safely and legally without risk to venue, staff , public, DTV crew or DTV equipment and may be suspended at the clients cost if these change.

All subjects on camera must approve of being filmed - we will not directly film someone without their approval or consent.

MultiCamera filming or any filming beyond the 1hr mark requres access to AC power to operate the cameras and or recharge camera batteries

Any Lighting needed in requires access to AC power

Live Mixing option requires a venue with a free table , an additional (1-2)hours technical setup time previous to showtime and access to AC power to run the live mixer laptop and recorder.

For satety we will be taping down any cable power or video runs across floors if required - the venue must approve of taping on their floors.

Live internet video streaming also requires venue high speed hardline internet access
and the client to have a live-streaming account to stream to (Facebook, Youtube Twtich etc)

Securty - We cannot accept responsible for public interference ( deliberate or negligence ) when shooting in publicly accessable venues - or its affect on the final video.

Security - As our attention will be focused on filming - We cannot watch coats, purses, backpacks, drinks or charging phones left at the camera station or tech table.
